The event introduced "The Wrecked," a film project that marks a major step forward in elevating Laotian cinema to an international level

"The Wrecked" is directed by Anysay Kaewla, the acclaimed filmmaker behind "Expiration Date: Kai Kwan - Mue Hak Mod Jai." The production is set to begin soon, with a planned release in 2026.
