The Company was certified as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) for the second consecutive time on December 31, 2024. The certification is valid for three years. On November 25, 2020, the Company established a working panel to work on drafting and adjusting the existing operation guidelines and related policies to prevent corruption. The working panel is also required to determine the information disclosure channel and the channels to receive complaints and propose them to the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee and the Board of Directors, respectively.
