from the Chairman of the Board

        In Matching Maximize Solution Public Company Limited, our Board of Directors, remains committed to the principles of good corporate governance, operating with integrity, transparency, and accountability, free from fraud and corruption. The Company also promotes and supports practices aligned with the principles and concepts of sustainable development, aiming to strike a balance between business, society, and the environment under good governance (ESG), thereby creating long-term value for all stakeholders.

        The Company has expressed our commitment by joining the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), receiving our first certification in 2022. We renewed our certification for a second term in 2024, reflecting our ongoing dedication to combating fraud and corruption with integrity. The Company has adopted anti-corruption and sustainability policies tailored to our business context, with clear measures in place to prevent and monitor corrupt practices. In addition, the Board of Directors actively oversees and monitors operations to ensure the highest standards of transparency and accountability toward all stakeholders, with a strong focus on building organizational resilience and sustainability while supporting the overall growth of the industry.

        The Board of Directors expects everyone in the organization to thoroughly study, understand, and strictly adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Anti-Corruption Policy and the Sustainability Policy. This reflects the Company’s genuine commitment to being a transparent and trustworthy organization in the eyes of all stakeholders. These efforts aim to support the organization’s continued growth on a stable and sustainable path.
